Frequently Asked Questions

I only have an old printed guide. How do I get that into TheyStay?

Take a photo of the printed document and upload it to TheyStay. Our content generation tools will then scan the text out of the photo and build up your guide content!

Is it hard to set up TheyStay?

We've made this real simple. We know you are likely time poor and that for many, a holiday home rental is a side project that takes you away from things you would rather be doing. So we have spent a lot of time making sure that this process is as quick and easy as it could possibly be.

What will I need to get started?

Not much! A cover photo that will appear on your entry screen and a logo if you have one (this is optional). Other than that, just 15 minutes of your time - TheyStay will take you through the rapid setup process.

How does your billing work?

You can choose to pay per month or if you want to get 2 months free you can choose to pay per year. You pay per guide created. The baseline TheyStay package gives you all the tools you need to build a beautiful guest guide. We also offer some optional addons that you may want to try. These range from ecommerce enabled shops, hire systems and event management systems through to AI powered chatbots.

Can I cancel any time?

If you have chosen to pay by the month then you can cancel at any time and TheyStay will finish at the end of the current paid month.
